By booking any activity through Magna Oura, guests agree to the following terms:
Liability & Responsibility
When you book an activity with Magna Oura, you accept that participation is at your own risk. You agree that Magna Oura (referred to as “we” or “us”) is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the activity. This also includes services provided by third-party vendors. You confirm that you are physically capable of joining the activity you have booked.
Medical Conditions
What You Agree To:
1. Following Instructions
You agree to follow all directions, safety briefings, and rules given by Magna Oura staff, vendors, local authorities, or emergency services.
2. Accepting Risk
You accept that activities like hiking, boat rides, walking tours, and car rentals carry some risk. You take full responsibility for yourself and for anyone under 18 traveling with you. Magna Oura, third-party vendors, and government agencies are not responsible for any injury, loss, or property damage.
3. Damage & Indemnity
If your group causes any damage to property, facilities, or equipment, you agree to cover the cost. This includes property owned by Magna Oura or any third-party provider. If the responsible person is unclear, the payment method used to book the activity will be charged. If multiple cards were used, the charge will be split evenly.
4. Local Laws
All bookings and participation in activities will be governed by the laws of Portugal.
5. Use of Photos
If you choose a photo or video package from Magna Oura, you allow us to use these images for marketing and advertising purposes.
6. No Pressure
By making a booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms without any outside pressure. You had time to review everything and could consult legal advice if you wanted. If you decide not to attend the activity after booking, you will not be eligible for a refund, as per our cancellation policy.
7. Enforceability
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining conditions still apply and will be enforced.
8. Dispute Resolution
If there’s a disagreement, both parties agree to resolve it amicably first. If that fails, the matter will go through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), starting with mediation. If mediation doesn’t work, other legal steps can be taken.
📌 Final Note
By booking an activity with Magna Oura, you confirm that you’ve read and understood all parts of these terms and agree to our policies. You also accept the risks involved and release Magna Oura from liability.
