Q1. What are the requirements for renting your property in Portugal?

We require that all properties meet the local standards for vacation rentals and be available for at least 90 days per year. Our team can assist in furnishing your property or arrange any necessary items to meet these requirements. For a free consultation, contact us at ABC@gmail.com or call 0000.

To join Magna Oura as a property owner, we begin with a phone consultation, followed by a property visit and custom proposal. Once the terms are agreed upon and the contract is signed, we’ll schedule a professional photoshoot and blueprint. Your property will be ready for rental in just a few days!

Earnings depend on your property’s location, quality, and availability. For a personalized estimate, get in touch with our team.

We ensure safety by implementing thorough guest checks, insurance, and necessary safety measures. Your property must have essential safety equipment, including a fire extinguisher and first aid kit, according to local laws. We also arrange public liability insurance before listing your property.

At Magna Oura, we treat your property as if it were our own. We prevent issues with guest screening, security deposits, insurance, and thorough check-ins/check-outs.

We recommend signing an annual maintenance contract (AMC) with a reliable repair company to avoid unexpected costs. If a guest reports any issues, we resolve them quickly. Most problems (90%) are handled without involving you. For major issues, we will contact you for guidance.

We list your property on top local and global booking platforms, corporate sites, and our own website. We also manage repeat bookings for you.

Our fees are competitive and include full property management services, depending on the length of your contract and other factors. For a quote, email ABC@gmail.com or call 0000.

The rental price depends on factors like location, property features, and amenities. Every home is unique, and we tailor the price accordingly.

As the property owner, you must:

  • Furnish the property to meet local standards and ensure appliances are in working order.
  • Pay service charges on time to provide guests access to amenities like pools or gyms.
  • Pay utility bills promptly to avoid inconvenience to guests.
  • Respond to our team regarding maintenance or other matters.

Our Landlord’s Portal allows you to check bookings, finances, payouts, and more in real time. You will also receive email notifications for new, canceled, or modified bookings. The portal is synced with major rental sites like Airbnb and Booking.com.
